And totally jealous you got through the squat challenge :PThanks! :) Oh trust me there were days I didn’t want to do them haha more like every day but I forced myself to get up and do them only to feel so good afterwards and the results didn’t hurt either :P
Sometimes all you need are reassuring messages, great music, and forcing yourself to make 250 squats yo biiitch haha to get you out of your funk.
